If you want us to delete your DownPay Link account or related personal data, use the steps below.

How to request deletion
Send an email to your-support-email@example.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address associated with your account and, if possible, the business name or booking link connected to the account.
What happens next
- We will verify the request and confirm your identity if needed.
- We will delete or anonymize account data that is no longer required for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
- Some records may be retained for a limited period in backups or logs before they are permanently removed.
What may be retained
We may retain data that we are legally required to keep, such as records related to payments, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.
Scope of deletion
Deleting your DownPay Link account may remove your profile, business setup, and dashboard data. Bookings and payment records may be retained where required for accounting, legal, or safety purposes.
